CMMC Readiness Academy — Advisory Package
Founding Pilot Cohort: November 30–December 4, 2026
Pilot Tuition: $1,595 per participant
The CMMC Readiness Academy Advisory Package combines the complete five-day CMMC Readiness Academy with two hours of private CMMC advisory support focused on applying what you learned to your organization’s actual readiness effort.
Participants receive everything included in the Practitioner Package: two days of guided readiness training followed by the three-day CMMC Readiness Gap Assessment Practicum using the fictional Big Wing Defense environment. The course develops practical skills in CUI flow, scoping, asset categorization, evidence evaluation, provider responsibility, interviewing, technical validation, gap identification, remediation, retesting, and leadership reporting.
The Advisory Package then adds two private consultation hours with Hire A Cyber Pro.
Advisory Hour 1 is an open CMMC consultation focused on your organization’s questions, challenges, priorities, implementation concerns, assessment preparation, or next steps.
Advisory Hour 2 is a focused review of your organization’s current CMMC scope, CUI flow, and network diagram. HACP will provide practical feedback on boundary questions, CUI paths, potential scoping issues, and areas that may require additional validation. This gives participants an opportunity to take the methods practiced during the Academy and apply them directly to their own environment.
