CMMC Readiness Academy — Practitioner Package
Founding Pilot Cohort: November 30–December 4, 2026
Pilot Tuition: $1,095 per participant
Regular Tuition: $2,225
The CMMC Readiness Academy Practitioner Package is a five-day, live instructor-led professional development program designed for cybersecurity, IT, compliance, MSP, and consulting professionals who want practical experience preparing an organization for CMMC readiness.
This is not a passive CMMC overview course. Participants learn a repeatable method for evaluating an organization’s readiness by working through CUI flow, scoping, asset categorization, assessment objectives, evidence, shared responsibility, interviews, technical validation, findings, remediation, retesting, and leadership reporting. The Academy is designed around practical application rather than simply reviewing CMMC requirements.
Days 1–2 provide guided instruction and hands-on exercises that build the foundational readiness-review process.
Days 3–5 move into the CMMC Readiness Gap Assessment Practicum, where participants apply those skills against Big Wing Defense, a fictional Organization Seeking Assessment. Students work through the environment using assessment workpapers, scoping records, asset information, evidence, instructor interviews, technical-validation exercises, findings, corrective actions, and a final readiness outbrief. The goal is to practice the work of preparing an organization for assessment—not to simulate or replace an official C3PAO assessment.
The Practitioner Package includes the complete five-day Academy, student guide and assessment workpapers, supporting course materials, pre-course readiness questionnaire, instructor coaching, and hands-on practice with CUI scoping, evidence evaluation, interviews, gap identification, remediation planning, retesting, and executive communication. The founding pilot is intentionally kept small to allow greater interaction and coaching.
