CMMC Self-Assessment & Certification Readiness Workshop
This two-day live online workshop is designed for Organizations Seeking Certification (OSCs) that want to improve the quality of their CMMC self-assessment, strengthen their evidence package, and better understand what to expect during a future CMMC certification assessment.
Led by Brent Gallo, CEO of Hire A Cyber Pro and a CMMC assessor, this course gives participants an assessor-informed view of CMMC readiness without trying to turn OSC personnel into assessors. The focus is practical: understanding scope, identifying where CUI moves, improving SSP implementation statements, recognizing weak evidence, preparing stronger documentation, and knowing how to work with MSPs, ESPs, CSPs, and internal control owners.
Participants will walk through real-world readiness examples, common evidence gaps, top missed controls, and assessment-room expectations. The course includes instructor-led mock assessment walkthroughs, open Q&A, and practical templates that can be used immediately to improve internal readiness.
