The CMMC Assessor Field Readiness Workshop is a practical one-day training designed to help assessors perform more consistently and professionally during real assessment activity. While CMMC certification training builds technical knowledge, this workshop focuses on the assessment-room skills needed to execute effectively with OSCs, consultants, MSPs, ESPs, and assessment teams.
Participants will learn how to ask objective-mapped questions, evaluate evidence more consistently, communicate open items clearly, manage difficult conversations, and avoid crossing the line into consulting. The course is built around real-world assessment challenges, including incomplete evidence, unclear scope, consultant pushback, MSP/ESP responsibility issues, and inconsistent assessor communication.
